Knowing the Account Status is very important in monitoring the progress of the claim payment process. Here are two good ways to do that:

  1. Great Reports!  These reports are actually useful and give you real information. Not just “Pending.” We call for status at least once a month on every one of your accounts. You can view these reports on the website or print them out.
  2. Web Access!   Get online and check your accounts on our secure website. Find out all the information you need about each individual account. Send us email inquiries or comments.

This is a cooperative effort. As we share information the processing time goes down and the reimbursement goes up.
